REGISTRATION DEADLINE APRIL 18, 2022

 We have done our best to minimize the registration fee, which is €460 per person. Accommodation is 457 € per person in a double room and 587 single room. Students who are part of an ICAM node are exempted from the registration fee (see procedure below). Travel expenses will be partially reimbursed, as far as money is available, for ICAM students and students coming from Paris-Saclay.

Accepted students will be notified shortly after April 18. The payment process will take place after acceptance.

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION

Step 1: Registration

Click on "Registration"  in the left -hand menu. You will be asked to create an account on sciencesconf.org or to login with an already existing account. Once you have created the account and logged into the system, you can proceed  to register for the school and to the payment. Registration fees include the attendance to the school and its social events. Accomodation, will have to be paid separately to the Cargèse center.

Step 2: Payment

Attention: Students whose lab is part of an ICAM node do not pay the registration fee and must check the "3" choice

For the price range, please choose among the following options depending on your status :

1. ACADEMIQUE=SPEAKER

2. ETUDIANT=STUDENT

3. MEMBRE_LABO=STUDENT OF ICAM LABORATORY-UNIVERSITY (only USA)

The registration fee includes the courses, the social event, travel from Ajaccio to Cargese and back (shuttle), all breakfasts and  lunches, and drinks during the poster sessions. Evening meals are not included in the package.

 Accepted means of payment:only credit cards and CNRS order forms are accepted.

The accommodation must be paid separately at the centre of IESC Cargèse for an amount of 460€, at the end of the stay and before your departure. Credit cards are accepted.
